Warranty

Comprehensive warranty for your peace of mind.

MAMAZING Warranty

We’ve purposely designed our high-quality product so that it can grow with both your child and family. Because of this, our gear is covered by a warranty, starting from the day it was purchased.

Specifics
If for some reason our gear shows a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, please contact us. To make a claim under the warranty, please have your sales receipt, proof of purchase, model number and serial number on hand. If such a defect is discovered during the warranty period, we will, at our own discretion, repair or replace your product at no cost to you.

Please note that this warranty is only valid for goods returned in the original country of purchase.

Our Warranty Does Not Cover
· Normal wear and tear such that would occur over extended product lifecycle usage such as natural fading of colors and breakdown of materials

· Incorrect or inappropriate usage of gear including but not limited to care, maintenance, storage and cleaning that does not follow the instructions in our manuals

· Casualties and carelessness including those caused by both unsuitable parts and by both air or freight transportation

· Repairs carried out by a third party

Our Gear
All of our gear is covered by a 1-year warranty, starting from the day it was purchased. This excludes accessories.

What does your warranty cover?

Our warranties cover the original purchaser for any issues that arise due to manufacturing defects. They do not cover issues arising from misuse or from normal wear and tear (such as stains, scratches, and other forms of cosmetic damage).

What is the product registration page used for?

In the unlikely event of a safety alert or recall, we would notify you based on the contact and product information you provided on the Register Product page. We encourage all our customers to register their stroller just in case.

What materials are used in MAMAZING Strollers?

Like everything we do, our product materials are selected with safety, functionality, and durability in mind.

Our stroller frames are made from high-tech carbon fiber to ensure a smooth and safe ride.

What testing and safety protocols do you follow?

We meet (and often exceed) the highest governmental regulations set by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and ASTM International, most recently the ASTM F833-15 standard. Additionally, we submit all of our fabrics and materials to testing for harmful substances such as lead, phthalates, mercury, and cadmium.

What is the best way to clean and care for MAMAZING strollers?

CLEANING:
Clean frame with a damp cloth and mild detergent; dry thoroughly. DO NOT use abrasives. If parts of the stroller frame have been exposed to saltwater, we recommend the parts are rinsed with fresh (tap) water as soon as possible to avoid corrosion. Always dry frame if wet. Spot clean or hand wash fabrics in cold water with mild detergent. Dry flat and away from direct sunlight before re-use or storage. DO NOT bleach, iron or dry clean. To extend the life of your stroller’s fabric, keep it clean and do not leave it in direct sunlight for long periods of time. DO NOT fold or store your stroller if it is damp or wet, nor store in a damp environment.

MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR:
We recommend you inspect your stroller periodically. Regularly check all connecting hardware (rivets, screws, etc.) for tightness and security.

Seek prompt repairs, replacing worn or broken parts as needed. Check all safety devices, locks and harnesses for correct and secure operation. Never continue to use a product that is structurally unsound. Only MAMAZING replacement parts should be used. It may be unsafe to use parts supplied by another manufacturer.

What if I lost the parts?

We do sell some of replacement parts on our website and you can directly purchase it. If you cannot find the parts you need, please contact us and we can assist you with replacement parts.

I received the stroller, but the color is a little different from what I saw from my computer.

We have tried to keep the color look close to the real product, but the color displayed by each device will vary depending on the monitor.

Thanks for your concern of our new product. You can subscribe the e-mail so that we can notify you of new products and discounts as soon as possible.

Return Policy

Hassle-free returns within 90 days for a full refund.

What is your return policy?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 90 days of the original purchase date to receive a full refund. If you would like to return the product, please keep in mind that the product must be unused and returned in the state you received it, preferably in the original packaging. Of course the product can be taken out of the packaging to see if it is according to your expectation. If the product is damaged when trying the product, there is a chance that you won't get the full refund. You will have to return the product(s) to us at your own cost.

Does my product need to be unopened or unused?

The product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received it (no damage, scratches, with original labels, using instructions, guarantee leaflets and other hangtags and wrappings) preferably to be returned in the original packaging to prevent damage while in transit.

We will take into consideration that you might have already taken the product out of the box. We understand you want to check if it meets your expectations. However, if any damage to the product is observed upon return, please note that MAMAZING reserves the right not to pay the full refund.

Can I exchange my product?

Unfortunately, we don't have a process in place to support product exchanges yet. 

Did you change your mind, or would you like the same product, but in a different color or with different compatibility features? You can return the product to us within 30 days from the purchase date and follow our standard Returns process.

Can I return the replacement parts?

Replacement part orders placed cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. All replacement parts are final sale.

When will I receive my refund?

The refund process will start once we have received the return product(s) at our facilities. All returns will be refunded back to the original form of payment. Please allow MAMAZING 3-5 business days to process the return and an additional 3-7 business days to have it reflected on your account, depending on the financial institution. (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)

Where do you ship?

At this time, MAMAZING only ships directly to US addresses within the 50 states. MAMAZING is unable to ship to international addresses.

How to track my order?

All in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days.

We ship via UPS or FedEx Ground, and you can check the estimated delivery time on their website. You can also check here: https://www.mamazing.com/apps/parcelpanel

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

We're happy to offer free shipping on every MAMAZING order, no matter how big or small.

How long does shipping usually take?

After your order is placed, it takes 1-2 business days for us to process it at our warehouse. Once shipped, it typically takes 3-5 business days for your order to reach your doorstep (5-9 business days for Alaska and Hawaii).

Delivery time varies based on the distance between the shipping address and the warehouse. Please check the tracking number after dispatch for the estimated arrival time.
